OVERVIEW This website is operated by Pro Auto Lift. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pro Auto Lift. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
SECTION 2 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING & FREIGHT DELIVERY (LTL)
Because of the size and weight of our products (Car Lifts), most orders are shipped via LTL Freight.
- Delivery Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible to a large freight truck.
- Unloading: Unless "Liftgate Service" is explicitly purchased or included, the customer is responsible for unloading the equipment from the back of the freight trailer.
- Inspection: You must inspect all equipment upon delivery. Any visible damage to the packaging must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before the driver leaves.
SECTION 4 - ASSEMBLY & PRODUCT USE
Pro Auto Lift provides automotive lifting equipment for sale but does not provide installation services.
- Professional Installation: We highly recommend that all car lifts be installed by a qualified professional.
- Liability: Pro Auto Lift is not liable for any damages, injuries, or mechanical failures resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow the manufacturer's safety guidelines.
SECTION 5 - PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
We offer a Price Match Guarantee subject to the following:
The item must be identical and in-stock at an authorized U.S. online retailer.
Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to verify the competitor's price and availability. This guarantee excludes sales tax and applies only to the total "landed" cost (price + shipping).
SECTION 6 - REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellations: Orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee. If the order has already shipped, the customer is responsible for all original and return freight charges.
- Returns: Items must be in new, unassembled condition in original packaging. Please refer to our Returns/Exchanges page for full details.
SECTION 7 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
SECTION 8 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no case shall Pro Auto Lift, our directors, officers, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, arising from your use of any of the products procured using the Service.
