Order Processing & Handling

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm stock availability. If an item is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you immediately.

Delivery & Transit Times

  • Transit Time: Once shipped, standard LTL freight or ground shipping typically takes 5–10 business days to arrive at your location, depending on your distance from the warehouse.
  • Total Delivery Time: Estimated total delivery time (Handling + Transit) is 8–15 business days.
  • Tracking: We will send tracking information to your email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking within 6 business days, please contact support@proautolift.com.

Shipping Rates & Freight Details

  • Shipping Costs: Free shipping is available on select items, including most car lifts. Items eligible for free shipping are noted on their product pages.
  • Residential/Liftgate Fees: Please note that large items (Auto Lifts) are shipped via LTL Freight.
  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
