Returns/Exchanges

Return Window Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Process Return shipping address will be provided via email upon approval of your RMA request. Return locations may vary depending on the product and supplier. Please contact returns@proautolift.com to initiate a return. Item Condition To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Shipping Costs: For "remorse" returns (e.g., changed your mind, ordered wrong size), the buyer is responsible for actual return shipping charges.
  • Restocking Fees: A minimum restocking fee of 30% of the original purchase price applies to all approved returns.
  • Administrative Fees: Orders canceled after 48 hours but before shipping are subject to a $20 administration fee.

Damages & Issues Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item arrives damaged, send photos to returns@proautolift.com within 24 hours, and we will process an insurance claim and arrange for a replacement or repair at no cost to you.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed automatically to your original credit card within [5-7] business days.
